摘要: 为满足产品变型设计和快速设计的需求,在分析产品模型的基础上,提出了动态全息模型的建立方法。该方法在产品概念设计阶段将产品设计模型抽象为装配草图模型,并对其添加各种关系,将设计需要的各种信息集成到产品模型上,使其可以根据设计需要动态变化与更新。通过在起重机设计中的应用说明了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: To meet the requirements of product variant design and rapid design,the method of building dynamic holographic model based on Zero D was proposed by analyzing the product model.In product conceptual design stage,the product design model was abstracted into the assembly sketch model,and various relations were added on it to integrate all kinds of information into product model.Thus the model could change and update based on design requirement.The effectiveness of proposed method was testified in crane design.
